The Escape Mips is the ideal choice for today's on‐the‐go lifestyle. The sleek shape of the Escape Mips offers great ventilation and deep coverage, with a durable ABS plastic shell and integrated, rechargeable LED lights front and rear. The integrated front light offers bright "be seen" white light while the rear light shines bright red for substantially increased visibility to drivers and other road users. The fit is luxurious, with an adjustable Roc Loc® Sport Mips system that provides superior fit comfort with enhanced stability at the turn of a dial. The Escape Mips also is equipped with an Integrated Mips® brain protection system, which can help to redirect impact forces to provide an additional measure of protection in certain impacts.

INTEGRATED MIPS® BRAIN PROTECTION SYSTEM — All Giro helmets are designed to reduce as much energy as possible while meeting and exceeding stringent safety standards. The goal of Giro's Integrated Mips®‐equipped helmets is to reduce rotational forces; while enhancing fit and comfort by combining the Mips® slip plane with the helmet's adjustable fit system. Giro believes that helmets equipped with this technology can reduce the amount of rotational force that may be transferred to the rider's brain in certain impacts.
ROC LOC® SPORT MIPS® FIT SYSTEM — The Roc Loc® Sport Mips fit system offers easy one‐handed operation with a 7cm adjustment range. Its confident clicking feel and sound lets riders know that the helmet is adjusting to a comfortable fit. With comfort similar to Roc Loc 5 and ponytail compatibility; the new Roc Loc Sport fit system brings premium function to sport level helmets.
